Members of our practice are also member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

We represent clients at all level of trial and appellate litigation, as well as in hearings before various specialised and administrative tribunals.
Members of Sutedja and Associates’ Dispute Resolution practice have also honed their skills in business competition dispute resolution through their involvement in a number of litigation cases before the Indonesian Business Competition Authority (KPPU), particularly through their involvement in two of the Authority’s most landmark and biggest cases-both of which were cross-border nature.
